1. Introduction
This Terms and Service ("Agreement") governs the use of all domain registration, DNS, hosting, and related services ("Services") provided by ServerandDomain.com ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement becomes effective upon account creation or upon the earliest use of any Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
- [Account Creation] - Customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- [Verification] - Company may require identity verification within 14 days of request.
- [Age Requirement] - Customer must be at least 18 years old.
Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension after 7 days' of notice.
3. Domain Registration & Renewal
3.1 - Registration
Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies and applicable registry rules.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the domain does not infringe on third-party rights.
3.2 - Renewal
Domain renewal automatically unless Customer disables auto-renew.
Company will send renewal notices 30 days before expiration.
3.3 - Expiration & Redemption
Upon expiration, domains enter a grace period of 14 days.
After the grace period, domains may enter a redemption period of 14 days, subject to registry fees.
Company is not liable for loss of a domain after expiration.
4. DNS & Nameserver Services
- DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
- Company may suspend DNS services for abuse, malware, or non-payment after 24 hours' notice.
5. Hosting Services
5.1 - Resource Usage
Customer agrees not to exceed allocated CPU, RAM, storage, or bandwidth limits.
Exceeding limits may result in:
- Temporary throttling
- Suspension after 12 hours
- Termination after 2 days
